Celebrate Earth Day with NASA

This year NASA’s Education and Public Outreach community has teamed with Earth Day Network to raise awareness about our planet and to highlight particular themes in Earth science. Activities and events are scheduled for April 6 (STEM Science Fair) and April 22 (Official Earth Day) at Union Station in Washington, DC. NASA’s Hyperwall and Science Gallery will be on display April 19-22, 2013.

NASA Science Gallery Exhibit

STEM Science Fair Advisory Panel

Representatives from NASA will be on the advisory panel interviewing STEM science fair participants to help judges select winners.

Come experience NASA science in high-definition on the nine-screen hyperwall, located in the West Hall. Captivating visuals will help explain topics in Earth science and provide a view from space.

Hear from a variety of Earth scientists scheduled to give live presentations in front of the hyperwall between 11:00 AM and 12:00 noon, located in the West Hall.
