In a year marred by the pandemic (nine months and counting of telework for most NASA employees as of this writing) and other converging crises, it is a welcome respite to close out our final issue of the year reporting on the flawless launch of the joint U.S.–European1 Sentinel-6 Michael Freilich mission on November 21, 2020, from Vandenberg Air Force Base aboard a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket.
